Please note that your booking request is not confirmed until the host has reviewed and approved it.
The host will confirm the booking within 24-48 hours of your request. Once confirmed, you will receive an official reservation confirmation.
Government ID Requirement:
To complete the booking, guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license). This is for identity verification purposes and to ensure the safety of all guests.
Rental Agreement:
All guests must sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement will outline the terms of your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out times, and any other necessary information.
The rental agreement will be sent via email or through the Airbnb messaging system once the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. After 48 hours, the booking is non-refundable.
