Booking Request: 

Please note that your booking request for our Airbnb in Lincoln Park, Chicago, is not confirmed until the host has reviewed and approved it. The host will confirm your booking within 24-48 hours of your request. Once confirmed, you will receive an official reservation confirmation. 

Government ID Requirement: 

To complete your booking at our Airbnb in Lincoln Park, Chicago, guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license). This is for identity verification purposes and to ensure the safety of all guests. 

Rental Agreement: 

All guests must sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement will outline the terms of your stay at our Airbnb in Lincoln Park, including house rules, check-in/check-out times, and any other necessary information. The rental agreement will be sent via email or through the booking platform in which you made the reservation once the booking is confirmed. 

Cancellation Policy: 

Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. After 48 hours, the booking is non-refundable. To cancel, please contact us directly at luckypennybookings@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
